New Audi RS6 Quotes

Performance

As a new model the RS6 Avant features a twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 engine with 4-wheel drive and a fast-shifting gearbox, making its peak power of 552bhp on a par with the BMW M5.

With thanks to launch control electronics the RS6 Avant powers from 0-60mph in 3.9 seconds with a top speed of 155mph. Opting for the Dynamic or Dynamic Plus package will see a rise in top speed of 174mph and 189mph respectively, all of which are available for test drive.

Comparatively the E63 AMG can’t manage the same 0-60mph sprint as the RS6 coming in at 4.5 seconds, however it does manage the same top speed of 155mph.

Running Costs

On average the RS6 with 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbo engine will return 28.8mpg which although seemingly low, is better than the average supercar running. It is fitted a lower-capacity engine with adopted cylinder deactivation, emitting 229g/km of Co2 emissions. The RS6 has an entry-level price of £76, 985.

Equipment

All RS6 Avant models come equipped with 20-inch alloy wheels, quattro permanent all-whell-drive with sports differentials and RS-specific Adaptive air suspension. The interiors boast RS Super Sports Seats with Valcona leather in honeycomb-quilted design embossed with RS logo, heated front seats, BOSE surround sound and Bluetooth interfacing and carbon inlays.
