New Audi RS5 Quotes

The RS5 range kicks off with a 4.2-litre FSI V8 engine making a massive 444bhp and revs to 8,250rpm giving it a 0-60mph sprint in only 4.5 seconds. The powerful engine marks the RS5 on a par with the BMW M3 and matches its top speed of 155mph exactly.

Although the Mercedes C63 AMG marks a 0.1 second advantage on the 0-60mpg sprint it also concedes to a 155mph top speed, making the comparison of the RS5 more exhilarating. Test driving to feel the difference of the 0-60mph acceleration will be available for test driving.

Running Costs

With the RS5 returning 26.9mpg and emitting 246g/km of CO2, it will be costly but it is more efficient than the RS4. Although the entry level price for the RS5 is a hefty £59,350 compared to the respective entry tags of the M3’s £55,500 and the C63’s £58,130, they are more likely to incur higher insurance costs.

Due to the rarity of the RS5 residual values will be strong and second hand prices should stack up high.

Specs change slightly depending on the RS5 Coupe or Cabriolet models, the Coupe has Audi Concert audio system and single CD with MP3 compatibility whereas the cabriolet has standard Sound System speaker package including 180 watt subwoofer.

However both models come as standard with 19-inch alloy wheels, sports suspension, quattro with sports differential, RS Super Sports seats and Fine Nappa leather with contrasting piping and RS embossing.

Have a look at the brochure for full details of the different specs for both the RS5 Coupe and RS5 Cabriolet.
