SEAT has surprised the public by unveiling the Leon X-PERIENCE: a new model with permanent four-wheel-drive and all-road equipment.
The new SEAT Leon X-PERIENCE is the latest addition to the award-winning Leon range, which includes the three-door Leon SC, five-door Leon, versatile Leon ST estate and performance-orientated Leon Cupra.
SEAT is offering the new Leon X-PERIENCE with a choice of two power outputs for its 2.0-litre TDI engine: 148bhp and 182bhp.
Depending on the version chosen, the new SEAT Leon X-PERIENCE will return average fuel economy of up to 57.6mpg, while producing as low as 126g/km of CO2 emissions.
The model is also highly practical, packed full of useful equipment and offering a boot space of 587 litres, extendable to up to 1,470 litres with the rear seats folded down.
As standard, models come equipped with an array of modern technologies, including ESP, a multi-collision brake system and a four-wheel EDS dynamic control system.
Optional kit is also plentiful, with customers able to specify full LED headlights, Adaptive Cruise Control with City Emergency Brake function, drowsiness detection and lane-keeping assistant.
The new SEAT Leon X-PERIENCE will be available to order from September 2014, with models reaching UK showrooms later this year.
