Mitsubishi has revealed prices and specification details of the enhanced Outlander crossover vehicle, available from 1 July.

The first model produced will be a special edition Outlander Juro, priced at £25,999 for the entry level 2.2-litre diesel with manual transmission and £27,199 for the same engine with SST auto transmission.

The facelifted model will feature an updated ‘jet-fighter’ grille, front skid plate, colour door mirror, chrome bezels for the front fog lamps and 18" alloy wheels.

Inside, the Outlander has been given faux leather trim with an LCD instrument display. New technology includes hill start assist, emergency stop signal system and optional CO2-reducing automatic transmission.

The Outlander Juro is offered with three years or 37,500 mile servicing for £315. The rest of the range will be available to buy from 1 October.

The new models released in October will be simplified and will be based on the current Equippe, Warrior and Elegance specification levels.
