In order to celebrate 25 years of the Discovery model, Land Rover is offering customers the option of adding unique features from the XXV Special Edition anniversary model to their standard vehicle.
In addition, Land Rover has added new SE and SE Tech trims to the line-up, fitted with extra features as standard. The introduction of Land Rover InControl Apps is also a key highlight of the new 2015 Model Year offering.
The new enhancements from are available to order on the Land Rover Discovery now, with customer deliveries starting from September 2014.
For the 2015 model year, the SE trim becomes the new entry-point to the Discovery range. This version of the Discovery features more standard kit than the previous entry-level GS specification.
Such features include cruise control, automatic headlights and wipers, front fog lights, auto dimming rear view mirror, headlamp power wash, and interior foot well and door puddle lamps.
Replacing the XS trim is the new SE Tech specification, which adds Xenon headlights with LED signature as standard.
The HSE versions now come fitted with 20-inch alloy wheels as standard, replacing the previous 19-inch alloys. Customers can also add a touch of luxury by adding the ‘Grand Black Lacquer’ wood and leather-wrapped steering wheel from the XXV Special Edition anniversary model.
Prices for the entry-level Land Rover Discovery SE models start from £41,595, with the range-topping Discovery HSE Luxury versions costing from £59,965.
