Suzuki has released a new Suzuki Swift Sport model for 2012.
This new model is a more performance based version of the popular Suzuki Swift small car. As well as offering better performance figures in terms of speed and power it will also offer sportier exterior and interior features.
In terms of exterior the Swift Sport offers an array of metallic paint jobs, including Silky Silver, Kashmir Blue Pearl, Cosmic Black and Ablaze Red Pearl.
Its new engine is a Euro 5 1.6-litre petrol with power outputs of 123hp and 139hp from 148Nm to 160Nm. This new engine has a top speed of 121mph and a 0-62mph capability of 8.7 seconds. Alongside the new engine is also a new six speed manual transmission.
There has also been an improvement in CO2 emissions which now stand at 147g/km, which is a 10 per cent improvement on its original 165g/km.
The new Swift Sport has also dropped down five insurance groups compared to the previous Swift Sport model, which means customers save money.
Some standard interior features include air conditioning, cruise control, Bluetooth connectivity and rear window privacy glass.
Standard safety features include seven airbags and ESC (Electronic Stability Control) which helps the car when corning and manoeuvring.
Suzuki Swift models come with a three-year/60,000 mile new vehicle warranty.
The new Suzuki Swift Sport is on sale from January 2012 and prices start from £13,500.
