Personal Contract Hire (PCH)
Personal Contract Hire or Personal Car Leasing is increasing in popularity, especially in cases where people receive a car allowance from their employer. It allows them to rent a vehicle over a long period with the benefits of fixed monthly payments and, as the vehicle remains the property of the leasing company throughout, there is no issue with selling the vehicle when you want to change.
