Performance

The Ssanyong Korando is a well-weighted car that is extremely acceptable for handling and driving around town, with a hearty 360Nm, the Korando is more than capable of carrying hefty loads with ease. With a 2.0-litre diesel engine under the bonnet, the Korando delivers an extremely powerful 173bhp.

Running Costs

The Korando offers an awful lot of car for the amount your money. It’s a bulky monster of a car that’s more than capable of carrying over two tonnes with ease. However, this does make it slightly costly in terms of fuel consumption, with an official average of 47.1mpg. Ultimately, the sheer power of the Korando will more than makes up for its lack of mileage.

Equipment

The Korando has various levels of trims available, all featuring a very impressive list of features. The Entry level S and SX feature fabric upholstery, a leather steering wheel and gear knob, tinted windows, driver’s seat lumbar support, front and rear electric windows, cruise control, hill start assist, ISOFIX child seat anchoring points, a full size spare wheel and roof rails. The ES trim adds automatic air conditioning, an electrically adjustable driver’s seat, leather seats, 17-inch alloys, front and rear seat heaters, privacy glass, a sunroof and automatic power folding door mirrors – but you don’t get roof rails. The top spec EX models add roof rails and a rear spoiler.
