Repeatedly low quality work and using refurbed and used parts instead of new when performing repairs. Have proceeded to damage car in workshop and have denied all responsibility despite area damaged being impossible for me to have accidentally damaged. 9 month old car, i have owned for 3 months and has been returned to service 5 or 6 times...i forget exactly how many, but a lot!

I was kept waiting over an hour to be given a quote for repairing my car after it failed it’s mot, and I am convinced that it was tampered with to provide them with more revenue. Staff were fairly amiable when you could find them.

bought new car from this network, problems from day one, been back five or six times never fix anything first time. i would never buy a car from these people again.
