On trying to purchase a car I felt I was totally ignored by the sales manager. All I wanted was five minutes of his time but he obviously felt it was more important to speak to a member of staff rather than someone from the public. So much for the customer coming first! I felt totally humilated, disgusted and appalled at his discourteous behaviour.
