I bought a car, it was MOT’d, serviced etc within 10days of purchasing the car, the engine wouldn’t start and despite buying their premium warranty for £250 they would do nothing about it (not even look at it) and its going cost me £1100 for a new battery through a different dealership as they wouldn’t help. Not impressed.

Up until today I would have awarded you 90%+ for service indeed you have serviced my wife’s car for the past three years faultlessly and the showrrom staff have been first class. Todays experience blew that opinion ’out of the water’ - sadly any business is only as good as it last contacxt with a customer. Sadly you failed miserably/
