they get you to bring in your car at 8am and when you phone at 3pm still havent looked at it. Happened on 2 occasions. Customer service appalling rude etc but noticed that they were delightful to cars coming in from fleets

They did the Front end overhaul of the LC Prado as planned and at the stated price. All really efficient and with a quick check on major components for wear etc. Very good and well worth the money and miles better than the Streatham dealership.
