Having visited the dealership and left contact details regards vehicle requirements in connection with a purchase, and then having E-mailed a few days later, the promise of response to customer enquiries has never be fulfilled. Consequently I have purchased a vehicle from Guy Salmon who sadly leave your standard of customer care in the shade. I realise that spending only £31,000 doesnt qualify for "brown-nose" treatment but surley common courtesy doesn’t cost too much. Perhaps your dealership could learn a little from the level of care enjoyed by ALL customers of Guy Salmon. A disgruntled customer, yes. Perhaps landrover HQ may be able to explain.
