I will never go there again! How can they expect people to wait around for 2 1/2 hours for an M.O.T (in the rain) due to the fact that they have made a mistake on their booking system. when you try to contact them to complain you get fobbed off and told that they will call you back but never do. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I have taken a day off work to have this done and have now wasted this day due to their incompetance.

Re CE04 FTC Purchased car in April Took £900 worth of insurance (tyres, Pendragon rescue, Etc My Battery went flat , told it was not underGtee I tried phoning Pendragon, No service pack suppled or phone niumber Back to your service Dept: only to be told There was no home service rescue, I would have to get Dragon rescue to transport my car to you cost £40 And book in for a service. After spending the £900 to cover all Contingencies I feel I have been bady let down By Evans Halshaw and would like to cancel the useless cover and refund my monies refunded Please note for the second time NO SERVICE PACKS NO PHONE NUMBERS So where does this leave me? A car in my drive that wont start Sorry but I dont think much of your after sales service Please do not to forget to cancel my so called cover and do a refund Charles Hurst

having attended the garage and had work undertaken, i was slightly agast to be referred to another garage in merthyr for additional work. which was appalling!!!!!!
