I’ve never heard anything good about Autoworld, but I wanted an Alfa Romeo, so I bought one wondering "How bad can they be?" The answer is definitely the worst company you’ll ever had to deal with, I’m genuinely staggered that they’re still in business. From the moment they get the deposit off you, you’ll be treated like dirt. My car arrived two weeks late - they never rang me back once, I had to chase them. Then there was a problem with the window seal which although under warrenty, they failed to fix on three seperate occasions (taking a week each time0. In the end I paid an independent garage to fix the problem. The work was completed in an hour. I’ve never dealt with anyone there who wasn’t unhelpful. I needed a replacement key. This took them three weeks to sort out (for all that time I was without the car) cost me £750 (yes, seven hundred and fifty pounds) and the car had to go back in a week later becathe bloke fixing it had forgotten to to the computer up properly. They even tried to sell me a of tyres I didn’t need. A truly horrible company.
