This was my worst experience ever at buying a car. After I paid my deposit they were no longer interested, I chased them for days to find out was happening with no one ever calling me back after promising to several times. On the day I picked it up they informed me there was a fault and had to go straight to another gararge to have it looked at. 4 days after buying it I’ve broken down and they won’t pay a penny unless I get it back to Liverpool (for which they will also not pay for), the car is not driveable and I now have to pay for it myself, the 3 month warranty is worthless unless its a minor fault to which then you’re not even covered. They were very rude to me on more than one occasion and this was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had. BEWARE.
