Price of service very expensive. I was not told the price when booking in the car. I had assumed all Peugeot Services carried out by Peugeot Dealers would be the same. This is not the case - I have since found out that a Peugeot Dealer in Coventry is £36 cheaper.

Only ever used for parts and occassionally service. Parts department is the best I deal with. They have long standing, knowledgeable staff who are always helpful. I have less experience of the service department but have always found them helpful. Everyone has a tale to tell about garages and you can only judge for yourself. I know several people who use them regularly for service and have heard no real complaints.

Service reception very un helpful - I asked them yesterday a question that could have been answered on the day - they insisted I made an appointment for this morning which I did.When I went back this morning I was told very curtly that it wasn’t covered under the warranty and I need to purchase a fog light , which I did.I was asked if I wanted them to fit it for a 70.00 charge - because of their attitude my answer was no. If they had been more helpful yesterday I wouldn’t have wasted my time and lost income at work.
