Having taken delivery of my car, I have phoned & emailed your service manager regarding a fault with it, but am unable to even get a reply to either. Coming from a customer service background I find this sort of thing very annoying.

Issues when car bought, Dealer manager failed to sort, the Sales Person left and then issues were being denied. When full MOT and Service was done, failed to pickup faulty Steering Rack which I mentioned before that noise was coming when I was steering. Wouldn’t use Allen Fords again

Was looking at viewing a new vehicle. It took over 45 minutes for somebody to see me. They seemed uninterested and had little knowledge of the vehicle i was looking for and when they would get any in to test drive. Avoid this dealer.

Went to buy a new car, but after 2 hours of waiting and having the sales person continuously disappear to talk to the manager, no sale was done. They refused to quote a price which made haggling impossible. I gave up and went elsewhere (Ashby), where I was given a test drive and had the deal done in 45 minutes, saving 3000GBP on the list price. Avoid this dealership like the plague!

My compliments to the Service Manager for his assistance, and the helpful Receptionist who obtained the Radio Code for my wifes Fiesta V216JTU instantly and without charge on Friday AM 11th July 2008. Before my retirement I worked in the Retail Motor Trade for more than 40 years and I recognise good Service when I receive it ! Full Marks ! Thankyou Allen Ford, Most Impressive.
